🚨 WE HAVE A DATE: 5 NOVEMBER 2026 🇬🇧 The Chagossians are going back to court. After the original Judicial Review was refused permission, we appealed — and the Court of Appeal ordered a fresh hearing. That crucial hearing will now take place on 5 November. This is our chance to get the green light for a FULL Judicial Review into the Government’s failure to consult the Chagossian people over the future of their own homeland. We were told NO. We appealed. Now we have a date.
