The Margaret Thatcher Lecture & Gala Dinner 2026
The Margaret Thatcher Centre closes its centenary year with its annual lecture and black-tie gala dinner at the Royal Hospital Chelsea — home of the Chelsea Pensioners, and where Margaret Thatcher's ashes were laid to rest beside her husband, Sir Denis. This year's lecture is given by the Rt Hon the Lord Gove PC, the former cabinet minister and editor of The Spectator. Drinks reception at 6.30pm, dinner at 7.15pm. Black tie.

Tickets and prices: £195 + VAT a head, or £1,500 + VAT for a table of eight. Every ticket includes a sparkling drinks reception, three-course dinner, half a bottle of wine, petits fours and coffee.
