15 September is Battle of Britain Day, marking the date in 1940 when RAF Fighter Command claimed a decisive victory over the German Luftwaffe. 2026 is the 86th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.

The Royal Naval Association is sending a contingent of up to 140 shipmates to march in the Cenotaph Parade on Remembrance Sunday. Places were allocated first come, first served, and the RNA is holding a lunch reception afterwards for 50 members.
